Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Clevix Studio. By creating an account or using Clevix Studio, you agree to them. If you use Clevix Studio for a company, you agree for that company and confirm you may do so.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account and your teams.
• Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.

3. Plans, credits and payment

• Clevix Studio has a free plan and paid plans. Each plan's limits and AI credits are shown on the pricing page and in the app.
• Paid plans renew each billing period until you cancel. Payments are handled by Stripe.
• If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• AI features use credits. Extra use may be charged as shown in the app before you use it.
• We may change prices. We will tell you before a change affects your next payment.

4. Your content

You own what you create and upload. You give us permission to store, copy, process and publish it only as needed to run Clevix Studio for you, for example to build and host your sites. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload or publish.

5. AI features

The AI assistant can make mistakes. Check what it produces before you publish it. What the AI makes for you is yours to use, but similar output may be made for other people.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Clevix Studio to:

• break the law or help others break it;
• phish, collect passwords or payment details under false pretences, or pretend to be someone else;
• send spam, or use forms or site emails to contact people who did not ask for it;
• spread malware or attack other systems;
• publish content that infringes others' rights, or that is hateful, harassing or sexually exploits anyone;
• overload, probe or get around the limits and security of the service.

7. Published sites and custom domains

You are responsible for the sites you publish and for how they treat their visitors, including any notices your visitors need about the data your sites collect. You may only connect domains you own or are allowed to use.

8. The service

We work to keep Clevix Studio available and safe, but it may sometimes be down for maintenance or faults. We may change, add or remove features. If we remove a paid feature you rely on, we will tell you first.

9. Suspension and closing an account

You can stop using Clevix Studio and delete your projects at any time. We may suspend or close an account, or take a site offline, if it breaks these terms or puts other users or the service at risk. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

10. Disclaimer

Clevix Studio is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we make no promises that it will meet every need or be free of errors.

11. Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and tell you by email or in the app before an important change takes effect. If you keep using Clevix Studio after that, the new terms apply.
